As our happiness officer in APAC, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the foundations of our people operations processes to provide insight into how the company performs and develops (in a context of a triple-digit growth), but also help us make Agorize a great place to work! Expect a very hands-on job in a fast-paced company!
- Ensuring healthy morale and unique corporate culture through devising employee engagement initiatives (team lunches, motivational activities)
- Meeting with departmental managers across Asia to discuss people operations concerns
- Providing HR support such as onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition, and retention
- Drafting and implementing large scope HR and people ops visions/strategies across APAC
- Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
- Coordinating with Accounting for Monthly Payroll and Ad Hoc Projects
What you bring:
Education
- Fresh Grad in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related degrees
Experience
- Past internship experience is a MUST - ideally in B2B tech companies or start-ups
Skills
- Strong process improvement skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, rapidly changing environment, and to drive complex initiatives
- Attention to detail, organized and thorough with a desire for continuous improvement
- Strong ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders in different offices
