Since 7 years, we have been helping 200+ companies such as AWS, Uber, Google, Microsoft, Paypal, Valeo, Bank of America accelerate their innovation process and collaborate with our network of 5M+ innovators. (students, developers, startups and employees) across the globe. After successfully helping thousands of talents from over 145 countries, with the same mission of becoming the “missing link” we started operations in Asia 2 years back. Asia turned out to be our fastest growing market and we have already got a remarkable pool of best-in- class clients who have put their trust in us to organize their first innovation challenges.
We are now building up our Hong-Kong team of talented, young & hungry individuals to help Agorize become a key player in Asia! We are looking to hire our Head of communications who can take the lead of our APAC Community team (4 people) to build the largest community of innovators in Asia, by designing innovative marketing campaigns and by partnering with top universities & incubators throughout APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
You will have a full operational and strategic lead on Community Management, Growth Hacking and Communication. Working hand in hand with the CEO, your main objective will be to grow our network of innovators (students, entrepreneurs & startups) in Asia:
- 50% Growth Hacking: Developing strategies for acquisition and executing the communication campaigns from A to Z.
- 30% Partnerships Management: Creating and managing key partnerships with relevant universities, students’ unions, incubators and accelerators throughout Asia.
- 10% Community Management: Leveraging the social networks to attract the best innovators to our platform
- 10% Team Management: Recruiting and managing your team, helping them deliver outstanding results
What you bring:
- Attitude: An entrepreneurial mindset and you are ready to build your A team to conquer Asia with an outgoing personality. Expect a very hands-on job in a fast-paced company.
- Experience: 3+years of experience in relationship building, user acquisition and retention and in leading a young team by example
- Communication : Outstanding convincing and negotiation skills with a track record in building win-win partnerships
- Creativity: Design the most innovative campaigns to attract the best innovators to Agorize
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
