We are looking for a pro-active and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Google Ads Specialist. We are a boutique Online Advertising agency founded by ex-Googler and Facebook in Hong Kong specialised in Online Advertising solutions.
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Google Search, Google Shopping, Google Display Network, YouTube and Bing campaigns, including managing budgets, updating bids, a/b testing ad copy, and optimizing for return on ad spend.
Further responsibilities:
- Setup new ad accounts.
- Create, optimize and refine keyword lists.
- Implement and test bidding strategies for optimal performance
- Monitor, revise, and optimize ad copies.
- Analyze and assess and optimize campaigns based on performance.
- Provide recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy.
- Communicate regularly internally and with clients on on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, and performance reporting via email and calls.
- Prepare and present updated metrics and account status on client calls/ meetings and in reporting notes.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Min 1 year of Google Ads management experience
- Min 1 year of in-depth experience with Google Analytics
- Fluent speaking and writing Chinese and English
- Google Ads certification is a MUST
- Google Analytics certification is a pre
- Hong Kong resident
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education & Experience:
- Detail oriented
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Google/Bing paid search
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Proven years of experience in planning, implementing & executing digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
