What we need:
We are looking for an open-minded, startup executive assistant to CEO with high EQ and an ability to multi-tasking in the company.
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Coordinate and prioritize daily appointments by setting up the Productivity System for CEO
- Arrange cross functional meetings, events, and conferences, travel, expenses, calendar, planning of market visit/international visitors
- Prepare presentation materials, proposals, agendas, reports, etc;
- Assist in contacts and inbox management
- Be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with guests
You’re the one if you:
- Understanding startup culture will be important
- Well-mannered, well-organised and detail-minded
- Able to work independently and multitasking
- Experience with investor documents and cap table management a plus
Comfortable working with remote team members
It'd be nice if you also have:
- Work experience in an early stage high-performing startup and cross-functional team culture;
