Reports to: Head of Admissions
Works with: Head of Marketing, Head of Community
Role overview:
This role is designed to directly assist the B2C sales team in engaging with potential customers in the sales & market funnel. Since our founding just over a year ago, hundreds of students have graduated from both full-time and part-time courses; either starting new careers in emerging tech fields or upskilling with the most in-demand skills of the future to excel in their current professional roles.
Responsibilities:
- Act as key point of contact for potential and new customer inquiries
- Introduce product to potential customers about the offerings we have and to convert them into customers
- Maintain daily sales log and monthly sales report
- Work with marketing department to generate new ideas that will help increase lead generation
Job Requirements:
- Professional, outgoing and self-motivated
- Organized and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Willingness to learn new and innovative technologies
- Familiarity with MS office suite, CRM experience will be a plus
- Programming ability will be a plus
Language requirements:
- Fluent Cantonese
- Fluent English (Reading, writing and speaking)
