Description
Responsibilities
- Assist to manage the introduction and on-boarding of members into the existing Workhub community
- Collaborate with your team to build connection amongst our members through events and personal introductions, to maintain and enhance the experiences of members
- Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community
- Assist in organising events for members and the public
- Promote the brand and values of the Tuspark Global Network to deliver an amazing experience in the community for members, partners and stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above, Degree qualifications preferred
- At least 1 year working experience, experienced in operation, customer service or client relationship is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Team work, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of English and Chinese, both written and oral (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Office, PowerPoint and Chinese
- Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
