Operations Intern
Part-time, 1 day per week
Location: Causeway Bay / Tsim Sha Tsui / On campus
Time Auction is an innovative, technology enabled charity connecting you to inspiring mentors while encouraging volunteerism. By volunteering 10 hours to any charity, you can dine with featured mentors including Allan Zeman (Godfather of LKF), Guy Bradley (Chief Executive of Swire Properties), Ray Chan (CEO of 9GAG), Leonie Valentine (Managing Director of Google HK) and many more.
Our mission is to build our generation’s future leaders by helping our youth craft meaningful careers through mentorship and volunteerism. We’re looking for a detail-oriented student to help our Program Manager on operational activities.

Duties:
- Lead the “Customer Happiness” function by maintaining good relationships with volunteers and mentors, respond to their queries and requests promptly
- Compile and maintain the database of volunteers and relevant data entries
- Outreach to and liaise with schools/NGOs/government departments and other community stakeholders in programme implementation
- Assist the Program Manager and Chief Executive with any other day to day duties, such as diary management and general admin
Requirements:
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal skills with great attention to detail
- Flexible and driven individual who can handle punchy deadlines with excellent time management
