We are looking for passionate Community Leaders - preferably parents! - who will help us build a momentum for the Smart Parenting community through a mix of offline event planning and online content creation (i.e. podcats, blog posts, parenting video tutorials, etc).
This position is offered both Full-time and Part-time and is flexible in terms of hours and location to be more suitable for parents.
What will you be doing?
- Work with the business development team to define strategy for new user acquisition through generation of useful content for the target demographic;
- Engage with our existing partner network and lead the discovery of new partners in order to co-create informative events and offer a knowledge base pack for parents based in the given demographic.
- Manage and grow our social media channels (especially Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest) and our blog to make evidence-based parenting information more accessible to parents.
- Work with our UX Research team to conduct user interviews and uncover the pain points of our users.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in or strong interest in marketing (offline/online/viral);
- Knowledge of major social media platforms and interest in early childhood education space;
- Previous event organisation or startup experience will be a bonus;
- Basic design and copywriting skills are preferred (Photoshop/AI, Canva, Medium blogging, etc)
- Motivated self-started, passionate influencer in their own community, empathy and insight into the parenting market and its pain points
