Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Basic Job Requirements:
- You should be highly responsible and focus on “getting the job done”
- Excellent oral and written Chinese (Cantonese) and English (Optional). You are an effective communicator. Indonesian and Tagalog speaker is preferred.
- You’re naturally detail-oriented and organized.
- You’re always enthusiastic and optimistic, and nothing stands in the way that you can’t tackle with a smile.
- You’re passionate about networking and meeting new people.
- You’re willing to learn new things and comfortable to work in a efficient and fast working environment.
