HR & Administration Officer
An international company is looking for a passionate and high caliber individual who wants to demonstrate his/her abilities in a dynamic and cross-cultural that is focused on growing business by growing people.
Fresh graduates are welcome
- 5 days work (4-6 hours a day)
Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded administration support to our Sales, Marketing, and Executive team;
- Provide clerical support, handle administrative duties and financial records;
- Handles personnel records, filing and documentation work;
- Operates HR management system for monthly payroll and compiles monthly HR related reports.
- Manage monthly commissions
- Arrangement for Team building/ event each week;
- Manage calendar for Managing Director, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management on timely basis.
Competency Requirements
- University graduate or diploma holder of business management institutes;
- At least two years’ relevant working experience in administration or HR field, preferably in multinational companies;
- Working experiences in fast-paced industries preferred, e.g. advertising / marketing communications will be advantageous but not a must;
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Google Apps for Work is a must;
- Proficiency in both Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus;
- Knowledgeable in labour ordinance, work visa applications and MPF regulations;
- Has an eye for details and is accurate in inputting data and information;
- Is efficient, organized and multitasking;
- Strong communications, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Self-motivated, independent and has a strong sense of responsibility.
