Job Purpose
· Collaborate with Account Managers and various stakeholders across the organization to gather role qualifications and source passive talent
· Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies and tools to build candidate pipelines for all functional teams across Getlinks (Engineering and Product focus.)
· Keep candidate experience at the forefront as we continue to scale our organization
· Prep candidates for technical interviews and on-sites at scale
· Keeping dozens of hiring processes on track simultaneously - including providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
· Coordinate with new and existing key accounts to ensure quality hiring experience for our clients
· Take responsibility of managing personal pipeline of candidates and clients via company’s CRM software.
Requirements
· At least 6 months of technical recruiting experience.
· Stellar presentation and communication ability
· Comfortable working with office suite tools – Word, Powerpoint, Excel
· Strong networking & relationship building ability
· Highly analytical and data-driven
