You will
- Lead a team that delights customers through every phone call and email, serving as advocates for our customers, voicing all needs, requests, and product suggestions.
- Improve processes and manage performance.
- Measure effectiveness of customer engagement with operational KPIs and metrics (daily, weekly, monthly) for the team.
- Make sure that every answer given are recorded and made available for other customers.
- Gather and analyses data to improve and suggest new features.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to close incremental revenue and secure long-term renewals.
