Casetify is looking for an entrepreneurial, creative and passionate Senior Business Development & Sale Associate, directly reporting to the Business Development & Social Media Manager, to join our team. The ideal candidate will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment and be detail-oriented. They must be a self-starter and a team player with the ability to quickly identify areas of opportunity to create procedures that increase efficiencies, scalability and effectiveness. You have a proven track record with prospecting, negotiating and closing partnerships to support and fulfill strategic objectives.
The Job
- Devise and execute strategic plans for the global sales, including e-commerce, direct selling and O2O.
- Drive overall growth plans by identifying new industry verticals, markets and business development opportunities
- Develop and negotiate with new business opportunities (i.e. distributors, retailers, brands and online resellers)
- Build strong long-term relationships with business partners
- Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives in order to increase the market share
- Perform and execute in full cycle business development from lead to close
- Prepare budget, sales forecast reports and support various market research
- Draft new business proposals to targeted brands and retailers
- Monitor competition and market trends in order to expand the product pipeline
The Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant international sales experience in consumer products, experience with fashion/tech accessories will be a plus.
- Passionate about technology, fashion and lifestyle brands
- Great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English. Excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills. (Additional foreign languages will be a plus)
- Good knowledge in multi-channel retail structure
- Wants to be part of a growing start-up team
- Network with Telecom companies, retailers and distributor will be highly desirable
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for Assistant Business Development Manager.
