The Job Description:
You will support the Key Account Director in account management and business development activities.
You will be expected to:
- Prepare tenders and proposals, and arrange meetings to encourage new business opportunities;
- Manage and develop a client portfolio with the KA and CS teams daily;
- Provide quotations, follow-up on proposals, and resolve any questions or queries our clients may have.
You will also:
- Enquire after inactive clients using portfolio analyses;
- Help to develop our lab testing business;
- Direct the CS team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
The Candidate:
It could be you, if you have:
- 3 years of work experience in a similar position within the third-party QC industry;
- Excellent organisation skills.
It also helps if you are:
- Familiar with supply chains and trade issues in the China/Asia region;
- Able to keep clients happy by being detail-oriented, energetic, and dynamic;
- Practised at working under pressure and to tight schedules.
