The position will require the successful candidate to have a broad range of experience across key facets of B2B marketing to support the growth of the business through exceptional marketing. The Senior Marketing Manager will manage the development and execution of marketing/communications activities and strategies to maximize awareness, positively influence sales, educate clients and partners, and promote products to end-user audiences.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies, plans and campaigns to support the achievement of strategic revenue objectives for the Company.
- Develop marketing budget and manage spend to meet strategy and plan objectives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and manage integrated marketing and communications plans and initiatives.
- Reinforce and expand the Company’s thought leadership in data security by publishing articles, conducting webinars, and making presentations.
- Develop and lead website content and design strategy.
- Develop, manage and run all field marketing activities.
- Evaluate and exploit various channels to deliver Company brand and value proposition.
- Play a proactive role in marketing planning and design to ensure the solutions are differentiated from competitors.
- Create market demand through the creation and publication of white papers, case studies, website development and product data sheets which explain the features and benefits of the Company’s solutions.
- Develop and manage agency partnerships where required.
- Understand and evaluate new and existing trends in the financial services industry.
- Understand the competitive landscape and gather competitive intelligence.
- Produce periodic competitor assessments which highlight strengths and weaknesses of competitor offerings.
- Shares ideas regarding new ways to market the brand.
- Ensure all marketing and communications output adhere to corporate identity guidelines.
- Embody what a brand is all about.
- Contribute to the development of APrivacy’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Perform other marketing duties relevant to promoting the brand.
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar senior marketing related roles.
- Experience gained in the financial services sector.
- Experience gained in technology marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively.
- Must have strong leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
