What is the FuckUp Night about?
FUN is a global movement where stories of failed business and projects are told, questioned and celebrate. The movement was born in Mexico City in 2012 by five friend who felt they need to break free from the stigmas surrounding "failure". As fellow entrepreneurs and soon-to-be FUNpreneurs, they deeply believed in communicating failure as a positive step everyone must overcome on the road to success

Born and raised in a small town in the center of Mexico and holding a degree in international relations, Yamilette combines small town charm with global experience. As a former ballet dancer, and being able to speak 5 languages, Yamilette blends poise, elegance, professionalism and great showmanship on her day to day activities. Entrepreneur at heart Yamilette was Project Director- Partner of the former Maya Events for 6 years. In 2016 Yamilette made the move to corporate and sold her cony to Cievents. Now having worked with them for almost 2 years, Yamilette takes care of Producing wonderful event experiences.

She started in 2008 with a few people and made a Facebook game on the web and officially declared screwed up on 2011. She loves coding. Her business was to make a game and take a bit of that traffic from Farmsville and Mafia games. They kinda did it because they were in the right mindset as FB founder Mark. They bet their life on Facebook platform, but Facebook failed and Mark admitted he overlooked the market of mobile. But that's not how they messed up...
Alexander Leung
Alexander previously worked at Lamplight Analytics and joined the team as Employee #1, coming on as its Marketing Manager, then later becoming Lamplight's Head of PR and Partnerships. Alexander’s life had reached a peak in 2014 when his startup is one of Hong Kong’s flagship startups in 2014 but fell in early 2016. Alexander currently works at Lalamove as its Regional Marketing Campaign Manager. He has worked at some of the best digital agencies and startups in Canada, Singapore and Vancouver, including Branded Limited and Ogilvy & Mather in Hong Kong.
David Attali
David is a director, producer and entrepreneur in Mediatech. He has called Hong Kong home for over 20 years. He has helmed numerous creative, branding and communication projects. As an advocate of sweet condensed milk tea ( “Chao zao”) which he prefers to the regular HK Lai Cha, he invites YOU for a cup and a chat on video for social media, storytelling, mind bending, and of course, metrics and ROI.
